Summary

The job holder will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) Department including hiring and interviewing candidates, administering pay, attendance and leaves, set and follow development plans and enforcing company policies and practices.

Responsibilities include

- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.

- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs

- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to
   compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent
   management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and
   development.

- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or
   sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations

- Maintains compliance with Egyptian employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices;
   reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources,
   talent management, and employment law

- Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications and skills:
 

The ideal candidate must have the following specifications:

Education:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related field required
- HR Diploma or Certificate from a reputable institute is a MUST.

Work Experience:
3 to 5 Years of experience in HR field with intensive experience in Recruitment and
selection

Skills:

Language Skills
- Fluent Arabic
- Fluent English is a MUST

Computer Skills
- Excellent computer skills ,especially MS-Office
- Good knowledge in dealing with LinkedIn

Other Skills
- Excellent communication skills “ verbal and none verbal”
- MUST be people oriented “ willing to help and support”
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
